Has anyone in the guard who has filed their State refund had almost all of it taken for that(makeup tax) the new govenor started? i know around Christmas it was taken out of people's paychecks, but everyone i talk to says it hasn't affected their State refund at all and i thought the military was exempt from that retro tax? is that true?
